Qatar had an excellent effect and value of their wealth subsidized to its citizens as well as wealth sharing to all expatriates working in the country. The tremendous development was influenced by the neighboring developed countries whereby the growth and accomplishments have tremendously changed the country’s buildings and infrastructure as the author witnessed in more than a decade on what Qatar is now. That was Qatar Emir’s political will and love to the country whereas initiated as part of the environmental possibilism and the movement evolves since the author was in the state in 2004 and up to the present.
