Climate Change, “Deniers,” is it?

The article is an excerpt topic from “A Point of Understanding after Reading the Text” published in Durresamin (December 2018) and has been expounded to understand clearly what the author’s point of view in the allegedly called “Climate Change” to the present generation but justification and sentiments of whereabout. The author has provided common issues about what happening in the Philippines and Qatar as an example, which can be said as part of the traditional experiences within the environment they live from generation to generation by the layman.
Insight
Climate Change can’t be denied but can be observed due to the implication of human activities that somehow like for example, the river can be polluted by the residents living around the riverbank if the policymakers have no political will and love for the environment as shown in Figure 01. Then the question is, what will happen afterward? The beautiful shot of Figure 01 by Dewald is a fascinating view but a strenuous life in reality way back in 2014; however, is that a cause or part of climate change? What do you think about the situation? Climate Change as “Deniers,” is it possible in the Philippines?
Advocacy can only be justified and understand after they learned all environmental issues around them and somehow the ecological law that has been paid with attention and dedication in support of the ecological aspects and biodiversity preservation. Therefore, the implementation must be executed from the government executive itself into a hierarchal process down the road and from then, being an environmental advocate shall have a strong political will to implement the environmental rule of law similar to what President Duterte did to the Manila Bay, Baseco Area, Boracay Island, and many more.
With all the given studies, there is always the so-called climate change “deniers,” however, the science is showing us that climate change is indeed real and if you look and observe around us, there are seems to be a lack of appreciation and education of the urgency of climate action for how many times in giving us a warning of what is all about. Moreover, global policymaking has been conceptualizing and laid for adaptation and mitigation in the prevention of environmental change towards sustaining a sustainable environment they are looking for the next generation, which is the preservation of biodiversity that somehow can protect & secured following the UNDP Sustainable Development Goals requirements.
Issues on What can be said as Science Deniers
As a layman, Climate Change as Deniers, the author may say “YES” and agree with might others believing too because there’s nothing happening something unusual in the environmental aspects.
These can be given like for example in the Philippines biodiversity and environment, the landscape ecosystem whereas the country is always facing multiple calamities every year and these are consistent happening according to the two-agencies; PAGASA (Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration) and the PHILVOCS  (Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology). However, based on the experiences in the country, the author formulates the environmental impact assessment in brief and there are about 9-Issues on What can be said as Science Deniers on Climate Change experiences throughout the year in different seasons (Summer Season from March to May; Rainy Season from June to November; and Monsoon Season from December to February) in combinations as follows; 1) Heavy Rains (as shown in Figure 02), 2) Typhoons-Severe Storms (as shown in Figure 03), 3) Flooding (as shown in Figure 04), 4) Landslide (as shown in Figure 05), 5) Tidal Wave (as shown in Figure 06), 6) Surge (as shown in Figure 07), 7) Earthquake (as shown in Figure 08), 8) Volcanic Eruptions (as shown in Figure 09) as well as experiencing 9) Extreme Temperatures (as shown in Figure 10) consistently during the summer in the country every year.
However, it is indeed that logging practices in the upland areas become their routine practices of the Indigenous People in securing for their foods and in return, which was presented in the author’s article “Uling” published in LinkedIn (September 28, 2019), and that causes of flooding and landslide as always happening in the country even without protecting themselves initiatively. Unfortunately, the worst-case scenario whenever the heavy rains and typhoons come as explained in the author’s article, “Hypocrisy of Environmental Advocacy Thought and Actions in Need;” [Gomeseria, RV; (December 2018); “Environmental Advocacy & Conservation Personal Journal & Reflections;” Durreesamin Journal (ISSN: 2204-9827) December Vol 4 Issue 3; the Year 2018], into an environmental collapse with gradual landslide affecting the community in the lowland part. And with those cases, strict governance has to be implemented accordingly so that the realization of environmental freedom has to be in existence through adaptation and mitigation somewhat valuing the given natural resources into perfection.
So, with all of the above-mentioned calamities, there is nothing special when you look at it towards the climate change phenomenon when all of these are happening and falls every year and that become traditional experiences by all Filipinos in the country throughout the entire seasons, right?
Moreover, the 9-issues that have been discussed and enumerated above as well as from the author's research perspective, therefore, the 9-issues can be explained in the provided images below as self-explanatory to understand well by anyone or the layman of the implications of environmental issues brought to the country as well as the impact in the landscape market by these calamities.

With all the scenarios, perhaps, attending education from the institutions whereas the scholars are discussing such phenomena within the global environment and that is the only time you can learn about happening in the climate change phenomenon. But, as a layman, and for those who don’t care or whatever might be happening in those environmental situations, which might say, it is just normal!
On the other side of the world like for example in the Middle East, and if the author may not be concerned with the science and engineering working in Qatar as an expatriate and might say, the said climate change is not real as it seems for more than a decade, nothing happening in the country. However, based on the experiences in countries like Qatar, The United Arab Emirates and Oman; the author had formulated the environmental impact assessment in brief and there are about 3-Issues on What can be said as Science Deniers on Climate Change in Qatar. But by the author’s experience in the country whereas; 1) Sandstorm (as shown in Figure 11), 2) Heatwave (as shown in Figure 12), and 3) Extreme Temperature (as shown in Figure 13 and Figure 14) are not unusual throughout the Middle East region as it always happening and again, the climate occurrence every year of the same status.
So, therefore, may be an uneducated Arab guy who is sitting in the corner in the street might laugh at you and indeed, he would say that you are “crazy.” So, sad about to hear about this, right?
Moreover according to the website of the Season Year and quoted the realization that “Qatar has a tropical maritime climate with dry hot summers and mild winters. The country is located on the peninsula of the same name and washed by the Persian Gulf. Time from May to September is the hottest. The daytime temperature at these months is extremely high between 45 and 50 °C (113-131 °F). Nights bring no relief for air warms up to 43 °C (109 °F) even without the sun. The humidity level reaches 92% and even higher in coastal areas. The rainy season lasts from December to March. Showers are strong and fast. The rainy season is a relatively cold time. Averages of those months are between 22 and 29 °C (72-84 °F). Annual amounts of precipitation are 125 mm (5”) in the northern part of the country and 49 mm (2”) in south Qatar.”

Author’s Sentiments
Living only for yourself, otherwise, without knowing your surrounding or the environment what’s going on is like a city that the author may say “unlawful,” however, the consequence might be, “ignorance of the law, excuses no one,” then, will accuse you somewhere down the road, right?
The question behind bars will be on what is Climate Change at all to a layman person?
However, that should be the government's duty to inform and educate all concerned parties and the people through training and seminars in keeping awake relevance to climate change, right?
So, in this case, everybody must aware of what’s happening in the environment and convincing all sectors that climate change is now happening or might be happening within the ecosystem.
Indeed, anyone will never notice about climate change if you are not aware and understand the environmental context by a single argument. And this will take time for everyone to appreciate the theories without scientific modeling in defining climate change from their own experiences.
Moreover, it is true, and the author’s do believe with the evidence that has been validated by the scholars in the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) whereas hundreds of independent and governmental scientific organizations have been released of the same sentiments worldwide and repeatedly concluded with the same phrases that almost around 97% scientists agreed due to their findings with the; 1) Unequivocally warning, and 2) Human activity as the primary cause.
Conclusion
And as a conclusion and understanding of the topic about Climate Change as presented the situational facts, however, can be deniers. But must be understood on the other side of the impact might be solely done through human activity on how the greenhouses gas effect influences global warming. Given the example, like, whenever driving the car, electricity, and mega-product in the factory, and as we used energy from oil and gas exploration due to their burning of fossils that produce CO2 in the atmosphere affecting the environment. Wherever the temperature is getting warmer, the large Ice sheets are melting, oceans are rising, flowers are blooming earlier, snow is melting more frequently, and the birds are not flying anymore is one of those environmental effects of the so-called, “Climate Change.”
But overall, understanding global climate policymaking will help the Philippines in sustaining a sustainable environment for the next generations as well. However, in resolving environmental issues which become massive nowadays, incorporating government law into practice with global climate policy-making, and hence, must be addressed with a dedication that has the political will in implementing the rule of law.
Recommendations
The structured landscape and biodiversity in both countries as an example in this article, environmental law compliance towards the ecological aspect and must be addressed incorporating adaptation and mitigating calamities as discussed above through technological and scientific innovational research study.
The mentioned UNDP's Sustainable Development Goals will help in the governance by incorporating them into environmental law as well in promoting a sustainable environment for the next generation as well. Hence, the developmental process and advocacy are for long term sustainability initiatives, adaptation and mitigating climate change within the ecosystem. And because of the successful transformation, the structured landscape model will benefit all citizens working and living in the country sustainably.
